Ingredients

  • 500 Gms Raddish (washed, cleaned and cut into small cubes)
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh grated coconut
  • 2 Green Chillies (slit)
  • 1 Large Onion (chopped fine)
  • 1/4 Tspn Turmeric powder
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 Tspn Coconut oil (or any cooking oil of your choice)

Instructions

  • In a vessel add all the ingredients mentioned above
  • Mix all the ingredients 
  • Put a lid on the vessel and place the vessel on medium flame
  • Cook the vegetable till fully cooked and the water is completely dried out
  • Serve hot as a side dish or eat it plain with hot chapatis!
