Recipe for Simple Raddish Bhaji with Cconut
Servings 4 People
Ingredients
- 500 Gms Raddish (washed, cleaned and cut into small cubes)
- 1/4 Cup Fresh grated coconut
- 2 Green Chillies (slit)
- 1 Large Onion (chopped fine)
- 1/4 Tspn Turmeric powder
- Salt (as per taste)
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 Tspn Coconut oil (or any cooking oil of your choice)
Instructions
- In a vessel add all the ingredients mentioned above
- Mix all the ingredients
- Put a lid on the vessel and place the vessel on medium flame
- Cook the vegetable till fully cooked and the water is completely dried out
- Serve hot as a side dish or eat it plain with hot chapatis!
