500GmsRaddish(washed, cleaned and cut into small cubes)
1/4CupFresh grated coconut
2GreenChillies(slit)
1LargeOnion(chopped fine)
1/4TspnTurmeric powder
Salt(as per taste)
1/4CupWater
1TspnCoconut oil(or any cooking oil of your choice)
Instructions
In a vessel add all the ingredients mentioned above
Mix all the ingredients
Put a lid on the vessel and place the vessel on medium flame
Cook the vegetable till fully cooked and the water is completely dried out
Serve hot as a side dish or eat it plain with hot chapatis!
