Super Simple Recipe for Drumstick/Shengo/Moringa Veggie
Shengo is the Konkani name for Moringa/Drumsticks. I have never really been a fan of Drumsticks until recently when i got to learn of its various health benefits. Mum loves to add drumsticks in curries, be it meat prawn, etc. My 4 yo niece, Sian, loves drumsticks and I love to hear her excited voice saying 'Im eating Shengo Bhaji' ☺️ My Husband loves Drumsticks too!I'd like to share my super simple recipe for Drumsticks that I make at home.
