This drink is a super hit at most Indian homes! It is a coolant, easy on the tummy and the crushed roasted cumin seeds aid in quick and easy digestion, especially after a heavy meal!The recent secret that I learned about this Magic drink is that if you have sugar cravings and having a dessert is a must have for you after every meal, you must drink a glass of chilled chhaas immediately after your meals. This immediately avoids that sweet craving! I have tried and tested this method to curb my stubborn sweet tooth and I was surprised and happy to learn that it worked wonders!!! :) :)

Ingredients
500gmsPlain yogurt(dahi)
2 tspnRoasted cumin seeds(powdered)
1/2tspnRoasted cumin seeds(whole)
1 tspnChaat masala(optional)
1tspnRed chilly Powder
Salt(as per taste)
1 litreRoom temperature Water
1/4cupFresh Coriander(chopped fine)
Instructions
In a wide Bowl, Add All the above mentioned ingredients and Whisk with a hand whisk so that all the yogurt lumps break down
If you do not have a hand whisk, You can also blend the yogurt in a Mixer Jar and then add it into a vessel along with all the other ingredients
Garnish with fresh chopped coriander
Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator till chilled
Serve chilledEnjoyyyy :) :)
Note:-You can Store this in a bottle in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks
